What it costs, how long it takes, and how to send something back.
Delivery
- Courier to your door — R95, 2 to 4 working days, signature required.
- Pargo pickup point — R60, 3 to 5 working days.
- Free nationwide on orders over R1 000.
- Collection in person can be arranged on WhatsApp.
Returns
You may cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery and return it for a refund, as provided for under South African law. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Fragrance is the one exception: once a diffuser bottle has been opened we cannot take it back, for hygiene reasons. Unopened bottles are returnable on the same terms as everything else.
Return postage is yours unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case it is ours.
How long does a refund take?
Within 7 working days of the item reaching us, back to the method you paid with.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp before sending it back so we can hold the size for you.
What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph it before unpacking any further and send us the picture the same day.
